I was discharged from Lifestyle Redesign Program. It was an amazing life journey that helped me overcome tons of difficulties during my transition. I made some progress on stress management, time management, eating habits, and communication skills. This program is so beneficial to improve people's quality of life that is worth spreading around the world. I'm going to miss the sessions with Dr. Rice so much.
